No. AiLabrix carries an enforced "Research use only" disclaimer on every PDF and screen. CLIA is out of scope by design. 21 CFR Part 11 does not apply under that disclaimer either — but its controls are implemented anyway: e-signature with re-authentication, the meaning of each signature recorded, and each signature bound to a content hash of the artefact reviewed.
